You can make your vision a reality by utilising our market leading Signature Tailoring Service. This tailoringservice was developed and pioneered by QTH, and to our knowledge, is the only formalised tailoring serviceprovision existing in the UK and Ireland.
Each QTH Home can be fully tailored online through our Signature Tailoring Application or directly with one of our Tailoring Representatives. Notably, each method of tailoring takes you through a three-stage process, as outlined above, that enables you to make a house your home. Consequently the journey allows you to make a range of design and build decisions with the objective of making your vision a reality.

Booking & Normal Time Scales
To book your home an initial holding fee of £1,000is required. Once booked, you will have a furtherfour weeks before signing the contract for your chosen home. On signing this contract, you are required to submit an initial deposit. Following the signing of contracts, we will complete and handover your home in sixteen weeks.
