With reference to your letter no 1978 dated 19/10/16 this is to inform you that we have completed the Pillar fixing work at Baghmara Gold Block in the presence of your forest officials on 20th October 2016. Photographs and Location map showing the Pillar locations along with Geographical and UTM co-ordinates are attached to this letter for your kind perusal. It is requested to kindly provide us the prospecting work permission as per the Proposal no FP/CG/MIN/6/2016 submitted to your office. We assure that minimum forest land will be used for prospecting activity such as drilling, trenching, sampling etc. In this process no tree will be uprooted as per the Forest Clearance Proposal submitted by Vedanta Limited.
