Increase in compensation to ensure that all sites pay a minimum of $110/daily increased from $90/daily.

Substitute teachers accepting hard-to-fill assignments will be compensated through higher pay.

Long-term commitments will be compensated through higher pay.

Increased vacancy rate for substitutes assuming additional duties when a licensed teacher has not been hired in the position.

Streamlines current lists and aligns pay with current early hire structure and allows for annual updates to occur based on the needs of the school site.
