• Do we earn when Knowledge Investor is funding our Ads?


User FAQ’sThe Advertiser who created the Ad gets 1/3rd of the non-Investor payout.The Blogger who created the post gets 2/3rd of the non-Investor payout.If the Blogger created an Ad for her own post, then she would get the full non-Investor payout.

• What is the exact amount of the non-Investor payout?


User FAQ’sThe non-Investor payout depends on the tags (search terms) for the Ad, and the competition for those search terms.

• Why aren’t we able to re-invest the original money invested immediately?


User FAQ’sYou can re-invest your earnings from your blogs, Ads, and Investments into an Investment Portfolio, or Cash Out, 60 days after the earning month. The money you invest must mature for 60 days in order to be available again for Cash Out or re-investment.60 days is the amount of time it takes to near-eliminate fraud from the process.

• If there are Knowledge Investors, do we really need to build up Ad Credits?


User FAQ’sIt is up to you if you want to continue earning Ad Credits. If Knowledge Investors are funding your Ads, you will not earn as much from those Ads.If you want to earn more from Ads, it’s recommended to continue funding your Ads with Ad Credits or other monetary forms.

• My Ads have a high click rate, why am I not earning as much?


User FAQ’sIf your Ads are primarily funded by the Knowledge Investors, you will not earn as much from those Ads as you would if you funded them yourself.

• Can a user that has been on the site longer than 2 weeks request someone as their Teacher?


User FAQ’sIn order to set someone as their Teacher, the user must perform this action within the first 2 weeks of being a member. After 2 weeks, the user will not be able to set anyone as their Teacher.

• Can FanBox tell if I have two accounts?


User FAQ’sFanBox can absolutely tell if you have more than one account, whether you bring it to their attention or not.If you have more than one account, you are strongly advised to permanently delete all other “secondary” accounts, so you’re not risking your “primary” account.

• Why can’t I see all of my Fans in my Fans list?


User FAQ’sWe are currently experiencing a bug affecting the Fans list. This issue is set to be resolved late next week.
