FAMILY BACKGROUND: Ms.K.Ramya is from Kapuwada, Karimnagar in Karimnagar district. She is 18 years old living with her parents. She studied SSC. She was born in a poor family. Her father is a driver and mother is housewife. Parents were not able to support for her higher studies. Ramya decided to take part in her family's financial requirements. Looking at her miserable situation, one of her friends suggested her to attend the beautician training sponsored by ni-msme. She approached the centre and discussed with the co-ordinator. She joined the training and completed successfully. She learned threading, bleaching, waxing, mehandi, haircut etc in the training.

PRESENT STATUS: At present she works in Vaishnavi Beauty Parlor and also run her own beauty parlor in her home. She is earning around Rs.4500 per month. In addition she also gets Rs.2000 from her own parlor. She is happy that she is also an earning member and she can support her family. She is very much satisfied with her job through which he supports her family and also she thanked ni-msme for giving this bright future.
