single CCA organization tree cannot have more than one parent location code assigned by a single parent company.

If, for some reason, multiple parent codes have been assigned to your Company by a Covisint-integrated partner, this will constrain the possible CCA administrative models you can use at Covisint. Specific logic is in place to prevent a single organization from relating to more than one parent location code at a single organization. (It is fine that one organization will assign your company one code, and another organization will assign another code; the problem occurs if an organization assigns your Company two parent codes, for example. The best way to avoid this situation is to ensure that there is only one parent code for your organization. If this cannot be avoided, users that require different codes must be put into separate CCA organizations, not part of the same CCA hierarchy, which then requires unique login IDs per code.

11. If applicable, review the terms and conditions for the requested service. Continue registration by clicking I agree to the terms and conditions. (If you have questions regarding the T&C’s please contact the party that requested you to register your organization).

Location / Partner Codes

Location code, also known as a Supplier Code, is a code associated with a user's grant to the parent portal package (i.e. Ford Supplier Portal). Portal owners may use slightly different terms (i.e. home location code, supplier code, etc.). This code designates the user's primary office location. Some applications refer to the specific codes associated with the user's grant to that application to determine what items the user can view. A single CCA organization tree cannot have more than one parent location code assigned by a single parent company.

If, for some reason, multiple parent codes have been assigned to your Company by a Covisint-integrated partner, this will constrain the possible CCA administrative models you can use at Covisint. Specific logic is in place to prevent a single organization from relating to more than one parent location code at a single organization.
