Puncho Security Service will in conjunction with its operational team and compliance team ensure a

smooth transition, please note that specific consideration has been given to the following aspects:

1. Establishment of risk report per site doing evaluation and comprehensive report for

the client specific needs to proactively address challenges and security risks.

2. Commence with community based recruitment and procurement

3. Establish employment process that will directly benefit local communities

4. Commence stringent vetting/ screening processes

5. Order and brand specific vehicle

6. Coordinating the integration of security equipment solution with the guarding

provision

7. Establishment of projects team and task team from initiation stage to staff rotation

over a 6-months planning period

8. Conduction meeting and planning session with provincial and area security

representative from our Client or however preferred with our Client
