Time period: 31st May 2014 to Till date

Role: ABAP and HR ABAP Technical consultant.Responsibilities:

Worked on the Integration of success factors and ECC, So all the new hires and changes done in the HR master in EC can be updated in the ECC system automatically. Implemented hours of "time not worked" per employee in ESS portal. Implemented an enhancement for the self Approval of time not worked time entries. Enhancement of Standard WDA CATS application to provide a dynamic Pop-up based on the time entered by the employee for a week as per the work schedule.

Enhancement created to restrict activity types available to employee based on the employee types. Enhancement implementation for the Work list in ESS and defaulting Cost centre in the time sheet and did validation for the time entered in the ESS.

Billable hours cant be booked on weekly off.

Cost centre validation with the inclusion of effective date from the previous period.

Time not worked activity cannot be used with WBS element.

Employees not eligible to book more than 24 hours a day(based on profile)

Created interface for updating Time sheet in SAP from the External System.

Created the Time sheet locking and unlocking programs for the past period and auto-locking after 3 working days. Implemented a custom web dynpro application for creating Leaves in ESS portal and implemented leave workflow.

Implemented an enhancement to trigger workflow for sending the automatic mails when a new contract is created. Implemented a new webdynpro application for raising the expenses in ESS portal.

Created a weekly time compliance report. Implemented an enhancement in PRAA for bi-passing the tax jurisdiction calculation while creating the vendor masters. Created the Adjustment report to display all credit memo and debit memo request created in the period based on the posting period.

Implemented a BADI to restrict the info type 8 accesses to the Users.

(2) Client : TarmacIndustry: Manufacturing industry Time period: 1st Feb 2014 to 28th May 2014 Role: ABAP and HR ABAP Technical consultant.Responsibilities:

Automated the sales order creation process, here the sales orders will be created with reference to the contracts by uploading the details from excel.

Developed a report to display the organization structure of the employees.

Created BDC and LSMW program for uploading the data to SAP.

Developed detailed time summary report of the employees. Worked on the performance tuning for the ABAP reports.

(3) Client : NTT DATA (Interprise) Industry: Service Time Period: 1st Dec 2012 to 30th Jan 2014. Role: ABAP and HR ABAP Technical consultant

Responsibilities: Created CTC Statement for the organization based on the Custom info type and IT 8 (basic Pay) which will be available in ESS and employees are eligible to opt for HRA. Conveyance, Medical reimbursement, child allowance, profession development, Sodexho. Created an India payroll report based on the Payroll results. Implemented a BADI to restrict the info type 8 accesses to the users. Created a tool for calculating the Quarterly utilization percentage and bonus amount based on the billability of the employee.

Implemented the expenses claim process in ESS for fuel and driver and Medical expenses based on the grades of the employee.

Created daily employee feed file to update the downstream applications. Created a new wage report for the calculation of the bonus eligibility based on the period entered, for one day to a year not considering the Loss of pay.

Implemented new expenses claim process in ESS for the Medical, Fuel and driver allowances. BDC & LSMW to upload data in SAP as well as Customer Info types. Creation of PA & payroll reports on ALV Grid.EDUCATION
