Summary of MEP Equipment
serving the
Raised Floor Computer Room.
The 825sf raised floor computer room in suite 100 is equipped with an Uninterruptible Power
Supply (UPS) backed up by a diesel generator with two fully redundant transfer switches,
distribution boards and APC racks with in-row cooling utilizing two (2) redundant 30 Ton Carrier
Air-Cooled Chillers. The computer room is protected above and below floor by a FM200 fire
suppression system, backed up by a pre-action dry pipe sprinkler system.
The generator is a 300KW Cummings Diesel Generator with a 400A 3P 480V output circuit
breaker; a 300 Gallon belly tank (for a run time of approximately 13.75 hours at full load) and
Remote Annunciator.
