ABOUT LIM COLLEGELIM College is dedicated exclusively to the business of fashion. You’ll learn from faculty who are industry professionals. You’ll meet fashion executives who frequent our campus. You’ll make on-site visits to nearby fashion firms. And you’ll gain industry experience, allowing you to start to build an impressive résumé.

We offer a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in five subject areas: Fashion Merchandising (BBA) • International Business (BS) • Management (BBA) • Marketing (BBA) • Visual Merchandising (BBA)

Plus a wide variety of concentrations: Cosmetics • Digital Business Strategy • Entrepreneurship • Event Planning • Fashion Communications • Fashion Merchandising • Fashion Publishing • International Marketing • Responsible Business Practices • Retailing • Styling • Visual Merchandising

We also offer a Bachelor of Professional Studies and Associate degrees in

Fashion Merchandising.

HOW TO REGISTERYou can register online for Summer Fashion Lab until the first day of classes at www.limcollege.edu/summerfashionlab

TUITION: $250 [PER NON-CREDIT COURSE], $425 [PER CREDIT COURSE]

HOUSING FOR SUMMER FASHION LAB: $550 [PER PERSON/PER WEEK]

Refund Policy: You’ll receive a 100% tuition refund if LIM College cancels a course. If you withdraw one week or more prior to the first day of class, you’ll receive a 100% tuition refund, minus a $25 processing fee. If you withdraw less than a week prior to the first day of class, you’ll receive a 50% tuition refund, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds are given if you withdraw after the start of class.

Summer Fashion Lab gives you the chance to explore a wide

range of fashion-related careers. You’ll get a taste of what it’s like

to study fashion at the college level as you begin acquiring the

knowledge and skills you need to break into this exciting, fast-

paced industry. Students have a variety of credit and non-credit

classes from which to choose. So try on a fashion career —at a

college devoted exclusively to the business of fashion. Explore

career opportunities, meet industry professionals, experience LIM

College—and have fun!

2016 SUMMER FASHION LAB NON-CREDIT COURSE SCHEDULE

Open to high school students ages 14-18, recent high school graduates, and international students. Non-credit courses are one week long, with morning and afternoon sessions.

MORNING CLASSES FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 12:00 P.M.

AFTERNOON CLASSES FROM 1:00 P.M. TO 4:00 P.M.

2016 SUMMER FASHION LAB CREDIT COURSE SCHEDULE

Open to high school students entering the 11th or 12th grade in the Fall of 2016 or non–LIM College students between the ages of 17 and 23. Credit courses meet Monday through Friday for two consecutive weeks. Students taking credit courses can expect to complete college-level academic assignments in and out of the

classroom. Students will receive one credit for each successful course completed.

WEEKDAY CLASSES FROM 10:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M.

HOUSING We will be offering housing for Summer Fashion Lab students in our 1760 Third Avenue residence, known as “1760,” located between East 97th and 98th Streets. The residence hall features secure, air-conditioned, double and triple rooms with private bathrooms. With a communal state-of-the-art kitchen, laundry room, fully equipped gym, and library, students are just steps away from the amenities they want and need. There is 24-hour front desk security and ID card access to enter the building and rooms. Student Resident Advisors (RAs) are present in the residence hall and help facilitate organized evening activities.
