Cocktails

• 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Passion fruit• 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Coconut• 80 ml pineapple juice• 30 ml rum• 20 ml fresh cream

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and serve in a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes.

Passion Colada

• 25 ml MONIN Spicy Mango syrup• 40 ml cachaça• ½ lime

Muddle MONIN Spicy Mango syrup with lime.

Add cachaça and crushed ice and stir.

Garnish with a red chili.

SuggestionYou can also use MONIN Tangerine, Passion Fruit or Watermelon syrup.

Spicy Mango Cai

• 20 ml MONIN Amaretto syrup• 30 ml MONIN Sweet and sour• 35 ml gin • Soda water

Shake all the ingredients except the soda water in a shaker full of ice.

Strain into a tumbler and top with soda water.

SuggestionYou can also use MONIN Cucumber or Tangerine syrup.

Amaretto Fizz

• 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Strawberry• 10 ml MONIN Strawberry liqueur• 120 ml sparkling wine

Mix MONIN flavourings and 5 ml sparkling wine in a mixing glass full of ice cubes.

Strain into a champagne glass.

Top gently with the remaining sparkling wine.

SuggestionYou can also use Le Fruit de MONIN Peach with Monin Peach liqueur.

Rossini

• 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Raspberry• 60 ml cranberry juice• 30 ml gin• 2 basil leaves• ½ lime

In the tin of a shaker, muddle the lime, the basil leaves and Le Fruit de MONIN Raspberry.

Add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously.

Double strain into a chilled martini glass.

Raspberry Basil Martini

• 45 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Strawberry• 10 ml MONIN Triple sec liqueur• 40 ml tequila• 20 ml lime juice

Blend with ice cubes until smooth.

Serve in a margarita glass.

Frozen Margarita

• 20 ml MONIN Cucumber syrup• 10 ml MONIN Mojito Mint syrup• 1 cucumber• 40 m rum • ½ lime• 8 mint leaves• Soda water

Muddle MONIN flavourings, cucumber, lime and mint leaves in a tumbler.

Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add the rum and stir. Top with soda water. Garnish with mint leaves, cucumber slices and lime.

Cucumber Mojito

• 30 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Mango• 20 ml MONIN Rantcho• 30 ml rum

Shake with ice vigorously, and serve in a chilled martini glass.

Mango Daiquiri

Cocktails

• 20 ml MONIN Pink Grapefruit syrup• 120 ml rosé wine

Build all ingredients in a wine glass full of ice cubes.

Garnish with fresh fruits.

French Rosé

• 30 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Banana• 30 ml rum• 30 ml pineapple juice• 1 kiwi

Blend all ingredients with ice cubes until smooth, pour into a hurricane glass.

SuggestionYou can also use MONIN Yellow Banana or Orange Curaçao liqueur for a drier effect.

Exotic Beach

• 30 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Peach• 20 ml MONIN Blue Curaçao liqueur• 80 ml orange juice• 40 ml vodka• 10 ml lime juice

Shake Le Fruit de MONIN Peach with orange juice and lime juice and serve into a tumbler full of ice cubes. Mix vodka and MONIN Blue Curaçao liqueur in a mixing glass, and top your drink gently with the help of a spoon.

Lagoon

• 30 ml MONIN Spicy Mango syrup• 80 ml passion fruit juice• Beer• Fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a tumbler filled with ice cubes.

Stir and add a dash of fresh lime juice.

Garnish with a mini red chili and serve.

SuggestionYou can also use MONIN Sangria Mix syrup.

Spicy Mango Chelada

• 20 ml MONIN Sangria Mix syrup • 120 ml red wine• 30 ml orange juice

Mix all ingredients and add fresh fruits like orange slices…

Sangria

• 15 ml MONIN Watermelon syrup• 15 ml MONIN Pomegranate syrup• 40 ml vodka• 150 ml cranberry juice

Shake vigorously all ingredients with ice.

Strain into a tumbler full of ice.

Refreshing splash

• 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Strawberry• 10 ml MONIN Mojito Mint syrup• 100 ml white wine• Sparkling water

Build all ingredients in a wine glass full of ice cubes. Stir.

Garnish with a strawberry and mint leaves.

Red summer Spritz

• 30 ml MONIN Rose syrup• 80 ml white wine• 80 ml soda water

Combine all ingredients in a wine glass with ice cubes. Stir and serve.

SuggestionYou can also use MONIN Blackberry, Blackcurrant, Blueberry, Elder Flower, Violet, Green Apple, Tangerine, Pink Grapefruit or Blood Orange syrup.

Summer Rose Spritzer

Non-alcoholic Refreshments

• 20 ml MONIN Amaretto syrup • 2 t. spoons instant coffee • 20 ml water• 120 ml milk

Spindle mix instant coffee & water together until foamy, add ice cubes and MONIN syrup. Top with milk.

Can be garnish with ice cream, sherbet or whipped cream.

SuggestionYou can also use MONIN Chocolate Cookie, Crème Brûlée, Chocolate Mint, Caramel syrup or MONIN Caramel sauce.

Iced Coffee

• 45 ml Le fruit de MONIN Raspberry• 90 ml yogurt• 10 mint leaves

Blend with ice cubes until smooth, and pour into a smoothie glass.

SuggestionYou can also use Le Fruit de MONIN Red berries or Strawberry.

Velvet Mint Smoothie

• 30 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Strawberry• 15 ml MONIN Basil syrup• 90 ml strawberry juice

Blend with ice cubes until smooth, and pour into a smoothie glass.

SuggestionYou can use MONIN Mojito Mint syrup instead of MONIN Basil syrup.

Intense smoothie

• 45 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Passion fruit• 90 ml mango juice

Blend with ice cubes until smooth, and pour into a smoothie glass.

SuggestionYou can replace mango juice by orange juice. You can also flavour your smoothie with 10 ml MONIN Watermelon or Cardamom syrup.

Tropical Smoothie

• 30 ml MONIN Chocolate Cookie syrup• 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Coconut• 120 ml yogurt

Blend with ice cubes until smooth, and pour into a glass drizzled with MONIN Chocolate sauce.

SuggestionYou can also use Le Fruit de MONIN Banana.

Not only for kids

• 60 ml MONIN Pink Grapefruit syrup• 30 ml MONIN Mojito Mint syrup• 200 ml pineapple juice• 200 ml soda water

Combine all ingredients in a jug full of ice cubes.

Garnish with pink grapefruit slices.

Pink fruit Punch (jar)

• 30 ml MONIN Tea concentrate• 180 ml plain water

Mix ingredients in a tumbler full of ice cubes. Can be made with any MONIN Tea concentrate.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and/or fresh fruits.

SuggestionFor a more sophisticated tea, you can use 20 ml MONIN Tea concentrate and 10 ml MONIN syrup (such as Pink Grapefruit, Green Apple, Cucumber, Basil, Mojito Mint) or Le Fruit de MONIN (such as Mango, Passion fruit, Peach, Strawberry or Raspberry).

Iced Tea

• 30 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Banana• 150 ml milk

Spindle mix with ice cubes.

You can garnish with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.

SuggestionYou can also use Le Fruit de MONIN Coconut (and garnish with MONIN Chocolate sauce), Le Fruit de MONIN Raspberry or Red berries (and garnish with fresh berries or mint leaves), Le Fruit de MONIN Peach or Mango. You can also combine flavours together such as: MONIN Vanilla syrup & MONIN Caramel sauce (15 & 15 ml).

Passion Soda

• 20 ml MONIN Caribbean syrup• 30 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Coconut• 120 ml pineapple juice• 20 ml fresh cream

Blend all ingredients with ice cubes.

Serve in a hurricane glass.

SuggestionYou can flavour it with 10 ml MONIN Strawberry syrup.

Virgin Pina Colada

• 10 ml MONIN Cucumber syrup• 10 ml MONIN Blue Curaçao syrup• Lemon and lime soda

Build in a tumbler over crushed ice.

Stir and garnish with an orange wedge.

Deep in the pool

• 30 ml MONIN Sweet and Sour• 10 ml MONIN Cucumber syrup• 10 ml MONIN Melon syrup• Soda water

Build all ingredients in a tumbler full of ice cubes.

Garnish with cucumber slices.

SuggestionYou can also use any MONIN syrup, such as: Blue Curaçao, Passion Fruit, Strawberry…

Summer lemonade

• 30 ml MONIN Bitter concentrate• 150 ml orange juice

Build in a tumbler full of ice cubes.

Don’t stir to keep the sunrise effect.

Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Virgin Garibaldi

• 30 ml MONIN Caribbean syrup• Cola

Build in a tumbler full of ice.

Garnish with a lime wedge.

SuggestionTo create a flavoured virgin Cuba Libre, you can reduce MONIN Caribbean to 20 ml and flavour it with 10 ml of MONIN Tangerine, Green Apple, Passion fruit or Liquorice syrup.
