Days4–5Theweek finisheswithpracticaltraining,givinganopportunitytousenewtoolsandmethodsformodellingandanalysing CPSs,includingmanyofthetechnologiesintroducedinthetutorials.

Summer School OverviewCyberphysicalsystems,composedofphysicalsystems(hardware/mechanics),softwaresystemsandpotentiallyothertypesofsystems(e.g.,humansystems), areincreasinglyprevalentinsociety.CPSshavethepotentialtobringaboutsignificantsocialbenefits,howeverbringanumberofengineeringchallenges.TheCPSsummerschool istargetedatresearchscientistsandstudents,andR&Dexpertsfromindustry,whowanttolearnaboutadvancesinCPSengineering.Aprogramofbriefings,tutorialsandhands-onsessionswillbedeliveredbyindustryexpertsandleadingresearchers inCPSfromtheINTO-CPS,CPSELabs,AMASSandACOSAR EUprojectsandtheMPM4CPSEUCOSTAction. Participantswillhavetheopportunitytotailortheirattendanceoflectures,tutorialsandtotheirowninterest.
