Youth EnrichmentArt History For Kids Join us as we study the work of several artists. We will explore their history, inspirations,how they lived, who they studied under and more. As we study artists and their different techniques,we will paint a re-creation of the artist's art and some of our own in their style.

Young Artists Camp Highlights include different painting techniques, clay, sketching, recyclable art, 3-D art, collage and all supplies. Let your imagination soar as you discover your artistic side.

Bricks4Kidz Space Adventures Participants will learn about real-life space exploration and built motorized models related to the NASA space program using LEGO bricks, gears, and motors.

Bricks4Kidz Extreme Expeditions Form a team to face the challenge of our extreme expedition camp. This half-day week long camp is action-packed with building projects, games, and challenges all centered on using LEGO bricks.

Kids Cooking Camp Highlights include cooking lessons, recipes, a daily feast and all supplies. If you love food and would like to learn how to make new and different foods, this camp is for you!

Weird And Wacky Science This camp is the ideal opportunity to engage children in the FUN of science. This camp combines innovative science projects, creative challenge, outdoor games, and character development.

Science Of Matter Camp Why does Matter matter? In this week long camp, we will explore Matter, its properties and states through a variety of hands on kid friendly, fun experiments and projects. Challenges and outdoor games will be used to reinforce concepts. Our goal is for every camper to leave with an inner science confidence and outer self-confidence.

Summer Theater Camp - 6/9-7/18 Every child is center stage in Kidz Kabaret's musical "Mulan Jr". The show will be fully staged at the impressive Center Stage Theater.

Private Music and Voice Lessons- in Partnership with The Music SuiteThese one-on-one lessons are designed for the student to work at his or her own pace. Private lessons are suitable for beginners who have no experience through advanced students who want to perfect their skills. The lesson book is an additional cost to be paid to the Music Suite instructor. Students on guitar must provide their own instrument. Make-up classes are not guaranteed. Youth Dance & FitnessBallet Bring your imagination and be ready to have fun as we do ballet stretches, simple ballet positions and ballet-based story dances. The last day of the class we encourage friends and family to attend an Open House where children can showcase their new skills and a short dance combination. The fall sessions are great ways to fine-tune your dancing skills before signing up for the inaugural Recital Season; which will run January 8-June 7. Dress code: Girls- ballet shoes, leotard, tights; Boys- ballet shoes, white t-shirt, dark shorts.

FUN YOGA A great class to introduce yoga to kids with fun activities. Our instructor will balance quiet and active poses with games, playing, storytelling, drawing, simple breathing, healthy eating, meditation and rest.

Hip Hop Whether your child has no dance experience or loads of rhythm, mastering the hottest hip hop dance moves has never been easier! This class has many benefits and is a must to improve a child's fitness, confidence, coordination, flexibility and concentration.

Jazz Funk In this class your child will learn choreographed routines in a variety of jazz styles. There will also be a focus on increasing fitness through stretching and strengthening the muscles used in dance. Jazz shoes recommended

Soccer/Futsal-Beginner Looking to improve your soccer skills or try something new? Try Futsal Indoor soccer! Futsal is played on a hard court surface. The surface, ball and rules create an emphasis on improvisation,creativity and technique as well as ball control and passing in small spaces. Class will include skills practice and game time. Beginner level is for those new to soccer and Intermediate is for those with some soccer experience. Please wear gym shoes and shin guards to class.

Tae Kwon Do Students gain a strong foundation in this ancient art of self-defense. Tae Kwon Do develops discipline, concentration, confidence, and leadership, while improving flexibility, speed, strength, and stamina. Family participation in classes is encouraged. Uniforms are not required for students with no belt or a white belt, but are required for belt testing and for participation at the yellow and higher belt levels. See your instructor for details regarding purchasing uniforms and testing fees.

Tae Kwon Do Advanced Designed for students who have an orange belt or higher. Students will build on the foundation started in the beginning class, developing their kicks, punches, and blocks. Students will learn how to apply their basic skills to self-defense techniques. See your instructor for details regarding purchasing uniforms and testing fees.

TEAMMATES Children will develop physical skills in a fun-filled class. Each class introduces kids to a variety of basic skills and equipment featuring a sampling of sports such as: basketball, baseball, soccer, football and floor hockey. Games and activities focus on concepts of sharing, cooperation and taking turns while developing basic sports skills.

Weight Loss Warriors This is a specialized, land based strength training program designed to improve your swimmer's performance in the pool. Sessions are 60 minutes long and conducted by the Kroehler fitness staff in a small group setting. Sessions can be scheduled between the hours of 3-8pm on Monday-Fridays.

Youth Sports ClassesAPT - Athletic Performance Training is our speed and agility program that helps athletes achieve their goals at any level and any sport. It is a combination of exercises that will contribute to great increase in speed, strength, agility, explosiveness and injury prevention. 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month packages are available for both Members and Non-Members. Each athlete will receive a free consultation and evaluation prior to beginning the program. Classes are offered Monday-Saturday, with times varying based on the season. Volleyball Developmental League Passing, serving, setting, attacking and defensive skills are focused on during a weekly practice. Teams will then compete in weekly games to perfect all skills.

Volleyball Skills Class The weekly class will focus on a wide range Volleyball skills. Offensive and Defensive fundamentals and technique will be emphasized. Perfect class for those players looking to improve all areas of their game.

Tennis This class is an introduction to tennis. Each class stresses safety first, then fun, sportsmanship, athleticism and tennis technique development. The objective of this class is to develop eye-hand coordination, motor skills and overall athleticism and the basic shots used in tennis.

Badminton This class is an introduction to badminton and sports in general. Each class stresses safety first, then fun, sportsmanship, athleticism and tennis development. Each child will learn the basic rules of the game, serving & hitting techniques, and the skills needed to play a badminton match.

Running Club - Youth This class is an introduction to the techniques and sport of running. Each class stresses safety first, then fun, increased athleticism, and the cardio-vascular benefits of running. Each child will learn the basic techniques of measuring your stride, managing your pace, setting appropriate distances to run, and planning weekly workouts. Runs will be done outside when weather permits, and moved to our indoor track when needed.

Pink Pong - Open Play This is an open play time for all ages, and skill levels of ping pong players. Practice your technique, and then enjoy the community aspect of table tennis.

Family Fitness Fun This class is an introduction to exercise and fitness, and is available to both parents and kids. Each class stresses safety first, then fun, and community for you, or your whole family. Workouts will consist of combinations of exercises and cardiovascular training that can be done by parent and kids alike.

Fitness Academy - Youth This class is an introduction to the exercises and concepts of Cross Training for fitness. Each class stresses safety first, then fun, as well as the importance of learning correct form for a variety of exercises, and how to create your own workout program. Workouts will consist of learning to mix resistance movements with cardio to achieve maximum workout benefit in a short amount of time. Workouts

D-League - Basketball This class is a skills training, and fundamentals program created to instruct aspiring basketball players of all skill levels, and develop their overall skill set. D-League workouts consist of basketball skill instruction, and the drilling of both new and previously learned skills. Participants will also take part in weekly Saturday morning scrimmages which gives players the opportunity to play in a free flowing, relaxed game environment, perfect for becoming comfortable with newly learned skills, without the worry of "winning the big game".

Vertical Jump Training This class is an intense training, and instruction program created to increase vertical jumping ability vital to many sports. Workouts consist of the mixture of resistance, and plyometric exercises needed to increase the strength and flexibility generating a higher vertical jump. Participants will also have their progress tracked during training to help all athletes see their progress, and help them meet their individual goals.

Basketball Leadership Program This class is a special course focused on developing leadership skills, and habits for basketball players. The course will discuss the mental and physical characteristics common amongst team captains at all age levels. The course will look at leadership skills important on the court, in the classroom, and in all other aspects of life. Participants completing all the course criteria will receive a certificate showing that the student athlete has completed this course, and has shown special interest in becoming a leader amongst their peers.
