Rental Information

Rental Facilities

Summit Park District offers a variety of rental options to meet your needs.

Rental applications, Rules & Regulation packets and pricing is available on-

line at www.summitparks.org or you can pick up a packet at SPARK Recrea-

tion Center @ 5700 Archer Road.

Whether you are hosting a birthday party, wedding or are looking to shoot

hoops or play volleyball Summit Park District has a place for you.

For outdoor rentals such as Shelters, Picnic Groves or Fields Summit Park Dis-

trict offers plenty to choose from. Shelter Applications are accepted for 2015

beginning January 5, 2015.

The SPARK Gym is available for athletic rentals as well as

parties and events. SPARK Gym features: Sound System, Ta-

bles, Chairs, Basketball and Volleyball courts and equip-

ment. Gym rentals can feature use of full or half court op-

tions to meet your needs. For a full list of pricing and equip-

ment options please pick up our Facility Rental packet.

Full Gym Capacity of 175 Guests for Non-Athletic Usage

SPARK Gym

The SPARK Program/Party Room is great alternative for

smaller sized rentals. The Party Room is great for Baby Show-

ers, Anniversary Parties or to host a childs friends for a fun

Birthday Party.

Party Room Capacity of 30 Guests.

Sports Party

Sports Parties provide your guests to participate

in the selected sport. Sports parties include: Su-

pervised Sports activity and games, Pizza, re-

freshments (juice and water), table cloths,

plates, napkins, cups and a Party Host. 1 Hour

activity and 1 hour in party room for refresh-

ments and gifts. Choose from: Basketball, Volley-

ball, Kickball, Dodgeball, Floor Hockey and Soc-

cer. Up to 12 participants per party.

Theme Party

This interactive theme party will provide your

party goers a fun activity to complete and take

home as a special memento. Theme parties in-

clude: Supervised Theme activity, Pizza, refresh-ments, table cloths, plates, napkins, cups and a

Party Host. 1 Hour activity and 1 hour in party

area for food and gifts. Choose from: Princess/

Knight, Cowboy/Cowgirls, Jewelry or Hawaiian

Luau/Beach Party themes.

Summit Park District Party Packages

SPARK Rentals

SPARK Recreation Center usage is based upon approval of Rent-al Application. All application must be submitted a minimum of

two (2) weeks prior to requested rental date. Upon submittal of

application and deposit payment Summit Park District will noti-

fy requestor of approval. Additional fees may apply to rental

based upon requests. For additional information please contact

Member Discount Rates for Rentals applies to a Family or Adult

Membership.

SPARK I.D. Card

The Recreation Center I.D. would be required for anyone

interested in utilizing the facility for the Daily Open Gym,

Walking Track or Daily purchased activities. This I.D. will

allow our staff to track who is in the facility and provideadditional background on our users our inancials and

better help us track usage. This I.D. would need to be re-

newed annually and veriication of residency completed.

Daily pricing admits those with a SPARK I.D. Card

Definitions of Memberships

Student-is dened as any Full

-Time student ages 3rd

grade to College. Must present proof of student status

to receive discount rate and entry in designated stu-

dent me. Student Open Gym will be divided based on

age and posted monthly.

Adult - is dened as any non-student individual ages

12 to 59 years of age.

Senior - is dened as any individual ages 60 and older.

Family/Household Membership - is dened as a those

families or individuals residing at the same addresswith the adult members providing proof of residency at

same address and have legal guardianship. Maximum

of 2 Adult members over the age of 23. Addional

Members $20 per year.

Sunday Funday 1 Day Adult TournamentsThese 1 Day events are a great way to enjoy your Sunday andsave time for other activities throughout the day. Must sign up asa team in order to participate. Tournament Packets are availableat SPARK Recreation Center and on-line.
