Organization

FOS is a regional projectorganization covering schools, kindergardens, culture schools, adult education and educational and psychological counselling service

FOS offers services to more than 100 units in Bømlo, Etne, Fitjar, Kvinnherad, Stord and Sveio municipalities.

FOS offers continued training and refresher courses for teachers, school leaders and others in the system.

kindergarten- Further education:“ Improving use of special

needs in Education”- Relation-based classroom teaching- Adapted Education/teaching

Cooperates with the County Governor of HordaIand

Carries out a lot of tasks initiated by the County and State government

Agreement with the Stord/Haugesund University College (refresher courses and further education)

Cooperates with upper secondary schools (reduce drop-out, etc.)

”The Cultural Rucksack” A small organization – Budget of 2 mill.

NKR FOS has one employee –a regional advisor
