Quarterly Newsletter Each quarter, Trace One will provide a newsletter to the supplier Program Participants containing program updates, including but not limited to important information from the Retailer, tips & tricks highlights for optimization, and reminders of initiatives & deadlines.

Education Library Suppliers will have access to a robust knowledge base of application and business process information.

Recorded Webinars Program participants receive access to a comprehensive academy of on-line, on-demand video modules covering application functionality and retailer business requirements.

Instructor-led Webinars Trace One maintains a schedule of instructor-led webinars covering application functionality and retailer business requirements.

1:1 Instructor-Led Webinar Trace One offers suppliers private, one-on-one coaching on system usage and meeting Retailer’s business requirements, especially in the area of Spec Entry.

Industry / Regulatory Updates Suppliers will routinely receive relevant industry and regulatory updates.

Best Practices Assessment Annually, suppliers will be taken through an industry best practices matrix that assesses their collaboration and operational process maturity, to identify prime areas for optimization.

Overall Performance Score / Compliance Dashboards Depending on program levels and Retailer’s availability of a Collaboration Portal, suppliers will have access to a multitude of dashboard views representing their performance for the Retailer at a detail level, including but not limited to areas such as their collaboration status, engagement performance, product status, and audit status.

Specification Support Suppliers will receive assistance from a support team with in depth SpecConnect systems knowledge to answer their questions.

Supplier Collaboration Services Suppliers will receive assistance for items such as system administration, data validation, data entry, audit completion, and spec entry support.

Proactive Account Management Depending upon program levels, suppliers will have access to Proactive Support, which provides account monitoring, tailored education help and action planning.
