Pre PI#33 Functionality

Role: Mark from Supplier Organization does registration. Problem : Mark has done mistakes in - correct address information , correct bank detail, wrong spelling etc

Oh, I missed to enter correct

address information

Oh, My Bank Details were wrong. I already submitted my request

Supplier Admin: Supplier Admin notices mistakes but cannot correct . Can either correct it after approval or send it back to Supplier.

Oh, my bad. Spelling mistake in the Supplier name!!


Approver has the following options:

Deny the Request

Approve the request and then update the Supplier/Bidder record later

Send it back to Requester to make the updates and re-submit

Approver cannot modify Supplier/Bidder Registration before approval

Why this enhancement?

“We prefer to allow an employee to edit the supplier information securely, but this is not currently possible”


Enhanced Functionality


• To specify whether edits will be allowed

• To designate who is allowed to make edits (using role list)

• To review the changes done by editor before submitting the request

• To view the history information of all editor changes

• Clear visibility to approver of “originally submitted information and any edits made”

Set up


Supplier Request Edit feature setup page

New setup to control whether or not editing will be allowed for registration and change request during the approval process.

This gets enabled based on the approvals check box checked

Click on Edit button to go to respective train stop for editing.

If Editors feels no edits are required then directly submit button can be clicked.If Editors needs to go back to search page for other requests then click on Return



If editors needs to send this back to requester they can click Return to Request link to send the request back to requester



Once all edits are complete check this to Confirm editing is complete and can be submitted.

Clicking on Submit button will trigger this for approval
