What Lessons Have I Learned?
1. Work Smart Not Hard In the first 2 months, I went to bed around 2
am on any working day. I lost voice twice. I had cold every month. But students didn’t seem to appreciate my
hard work. I learned different lessons every day!
2. Student-Centered Ask students questions instead of feeding
them answers Speak no more than 20 minutes Make them read, write, talk, move Circulate and check students’ understanding
Get Them Busy
