The FCSN toolkit was so helpful during my cancer treatment. I was able to stay organized with my never-ending pile of paperwork. I kept the toolkit inside my truck. Before every doctor’s appointment, I opened it to grab a new form and filed the forms back inside the kit when completed. Over the course of my treatment, I needed to fulfill a lot of documentation requests. I always knew where all my important paperwork was at all times. Navigating through cancer diagnosis and treatment is stressful enough, the toolkit really helped me and my family. Such a great idea. Thank you again.
