About the SVS&RDA
The Susquehanna Valley Square and Round Dancers Association (SVS & RDA) is composed of square and round dancing clubs from neighboring areas and is one of six associations that comprise the PA Square & Round Dance Federation. The main purpose of the SVS & RDA is to provide a communication center for all member clubs. Through this publication, the Association lists member club activities and special dances. The Association co-sponsors two dances each year – the President’s Ball on the last Sunday in April and the Graduation Ball on a Sunday in May.
SVSRDA’s purposes are (1) communication, (2) promoting Modern Western Square and Round Dancing as a hobby, both for current dancers and for beginners and (3) offering guidance and assistance to member clubs.
