Sutter Health Volunteer Day at Placer Nature Center

Twenty one Sutter Health volunteers worked 4 hours at the Placer Nature Center.

7 loads of Mulch were trucked out of the parking area and distributed to other locations at the center in order to make room for more parking.

The main road had been damaged due to rain and heavy trucks, the road was filled with mulch and ruts were raked flat to allow cars to pass and not stick in the mud.

9 picnic tables were sanded and sealed.

Maidu Garden Entrance was weeded

The Maidu garden was weededbender board was installed and repaired.

The amphitheater was weeded and mulched

The Nature Center office building and outreach area was vacuumed and steam cleaned.
