I. WHO ARE WE

Established in 1981, Suyash Industries has been one of the pioneers in India in providing solutions to corrosion related problems for various industries in India.

For the last 35 years, we have offered customized advice to many unique corrosion problems associated with abrasion, saline conditions, usage of corrosive acids like HCL, H2SO4 etc.

We also provide various services from designing to annual maintenance for our esteemed clients

We have a 10,000 sq ft factory at Rabale, Thane with all the facilities required for FRP moulding & composite fabrication, including two cranes of 20 tons for handling large equipments like tanks scrubber ducts & pipelines

We also have high speed / Cowls disc mixer, triple roller machines, various types of plastic welding guns, MS & SS welding facilities

We use the latest testing methods like spark testing, thickness test and acetone sensitivity test to ensure total quality and continuity of the composite materials

II. SERVICES OFFERED

Turnkey contracts which includes design and drawings, manufacture and installations at site for the following - Tank and Piping systems

Anodizing Plant projects

Glass Flake coatings - Glass flake coating have been widely used in the industry due to its excellent resistant properties against abrasion, corrosion and high temperatures.

Anticorrosive linings based on PVC, FRP, FRE, Poly glass PVDF, FRV, and specialized tailor made linings to suit individual

corrosion parameters.

Epoxy, Polyurethane/ Vinyl ester and modified thermosetting based coatings to tanks, structures, ducting, equipment & pipelines, neutralization pits, refinery oil storage tanks silos, biogas reactors & hoods etc.

Annual Maintenance contracts – annual maintenance contracts with dedicated teams for resolving problems and issues at the site

Mr. VK Mundhe – Founder

Has 30 years of vast experience in the field of composite materials.

Completed his B Pharm in 1971 followed with a diploma in business management.

Associated with many leading chemical, petrochemical, power & sugar industries.

Mr. NS Sule –

Chemical Engineering graduate from UDCT MUMBAI, and has 22 years of experience in consultancy and manufacturing firms like Parkhe Consultants, Asian Paints, Alta Lab

He looks after process and mechanical design, scale up and site execution.

Mr. ND Kulkarni –

Chemical Engineering graduate from UDCT MUMBAI, and has more than 25 years of experience in leading consultancy and manufacturing firms like Asian Paints etc

Looks after detailed engineering, procurement & overall project planning & co-ordination.

Mr. Gautam Watve – Chemical engineer and MBA from Mumbai University and a MS in project management in the US

Used to head the International operations of Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd

He has 15 years of experience in Strategy, operations, finance and planning functions
