The archi tectural team adopts a very unique approach to projects unl ike any other wi th in the archi tecture/engineer ing indust ry. Projects

are v iewed as morphological l iv ing ent i t ies , which s tar t f rom an entrepreneur ia l epiphany, evolve to a bus iness v is ion, tes ted agains t

market demand and feas ib i l i t y s tudy, fur ther evolve to product or serv ice wi th phys ical envi ronmental demands, to brand and market ing

def in i t ion, to operat ion that inc lude s taf f ing, logis t ical mapping, procedures, e tc. The l i s t i s ex tens ive and expansive depending on

the project typology. Al l layers are considered as “archi tect ing”, hence the concept of “Total Archi tecture”. Of course our pr imary

exper t i se tackles des ign and engineer ing wi th focus on technical innovat ion and novel des igns e levat ing the cul ture of archi tecture and

urbani ty ; however our ex tens ive hands-on exper ience wi th many projects f rom const i tu t ing a v is ion as an answer to an opportuni ty to

launching operat ions gives us a ser ious advantage when a c l ient requires t rue sys temat ic and methodical empathy. Several success

s tor ies s tand wi tness to our name wi th projects handled f rom a spark of an idea to real izat ion and operat ions. Some are s imple such

as high-end exclus ive res ident ia l bui ld ing, to innovat ive cul tural hospi ta l i t y concepts, to al ternat ive approach to high level educat ion

and to s izable heal th and recreat ional projects . The team has developed several bus inesses in thei r to tal requirements, re lay ing

on dynamic bui ld ings, which emerged as success fu l brands. Invented projects , f rom names to bui ld ings and operat ions inc lude the

renowned Blue Fig Restaurants and Cafes, Vy recreat ional c lub, The Vi l lage mixed-use project and Vi l la Heights res ident ia l project .

No detai l was le f t out of the total archi tectural process inc luding far and per ipheral tasks to t radi t ional archi tecture such as rec ipes,

operat ional sof tware, f inancial set-up, s taf f ing, branding & market ing mater ia l , e tc. Wi th each project , whether invented in-house or

not , our team aims to leave a total legacy, ref lect ive of total archi tecture, a lways in favor of i t s for tune and that of the c l ient and his

own c l ients .
