A.Withtheinstallerpresent,examinethecementtomakesureitisproperlymixedwithcolorandwatertocementratioisproperly distributed 1.Inspectcementmixandmakesureitisfreefromaggregates.Concreteblockwillnotbetestedforitscompressionstrength. 2.Allowforaminimumof1/16”atsidesof9”x9”x9”ofplywoodformworktoproperlyplaceplexiglassformworkinside. 3.Inspectthatplexiglassformworkisproperlyadheredoneachofthesides.Ifneeded,sealcornerswithcleartapeasaformof proofinganycementleakageafterpouringinmold.

B.Examineplywoodformworkandlocateexteriorandinteriorsurfaces. 1.Labeleachsideofformwork(I.e.,top,bottem,face1,2,3,4) 2.Materialsmaybeleftwithmarksandnotations.Formworkwillberemovedafterwards. C.Proceedwithinstallationonlyafterunsatifactoryconditionshavebeencorrected.
