A.Withtheinstallerpresent,examinethecementtomakesureitisproperlymixedwithcolorandwatertocementratioisproperly distributed 1.Inspectcementmixandmakesureitisfreefromaggregates.Concreteblockwillnotbetestedforitscompressionstrength. 2.Allowforaminimumof1/16”atsidesof9”x9”x9”ofplywoodformworktoproperlyplaceplexiglassformworkinside. 3.Inspectthatplexiglassformworkisproperlyadheredoneachofthesides.Ifneeded,sealcornerswithcleartapeasaformof proofinganycementleakageafterpouringinmold.
