Be able to host your own Tailgate with your friends and family to support your team!

RISK MANAGEMENT
NON-ALCOHOLIC RISK
Main Goal: Making sure all guests attending your tailgate are comfortable and safe
ALCOHOLIC RISK
What is the Risk? The risk is guests binge drinking and becoming intoxicated, alcohol poisoning, and death
HOW CAN IT BE MANAGED?
These are serious risks that need to be addressed before the event!
1. Provide non-alcoholic refreshments along with the alcoholic drinks you will be serving
2. Make sure your guests eat before they come and have food available to them there.
3. Know the signs of alcohol poisoning
4. Know who to call!

PREPARATION
Find a place to have the tailgate Plot of land next to the
stadium Parking Space
Decide what to have and Buy the Supplies Paper Cups, Paper plates,
Napkins, Garbage Bags Buy the food and drinks Have a table for all the
fixins Come early and set up the
table
IT’S TAILGATE TIME!
Enjoy Watch the time so you make the game!
CLEAN UP
Have garbage bags ready!
Make sure all utensils and plates and trash are disposed of
