The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied thatthe lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquiredfor industrial purpose, to wit, for setting up of Industrial Complexby SIPCOT Sriperumbudur Expansion Scheme and Complex ithaving already been decided that the entire amount ofcompensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out ofthe funds controlled or managed by Government, the followingNotice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of theTamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTIFICATION

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil NaduAcquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Naduhereby acquired the lands specified in the schedule below andmeasuring 11.58.0 hectares, to the same, a little more or lessneeded for Industrial Complex by SIPCOT.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Office of the SpecialTahsildar (Land Acquisition), Sriperumbudur Expansion SchemeUnit-IV, Sriperumbudur and may be inspected at any time duringoffice hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied thatthe lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquiredfor industrial purpose, to wit, for setting up of Industrial Complexby SIPCOT Sriperumbudur Expansion Scheme and Complex ithaving already been decided that the entire amount ofcompensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of

NOTIFICATION

NOTIFICATION

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil NaduAcquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Naduhereby acquired the lands specified in the schedule below andmeasuring 9.67.0 hectares, to the same, a little more or lessneeded for Industrial Complex by SIPCOT.
