APPLICATIONSDesigned to fit the customers needs and their pipe production the Tecnomatic’s extrusion machines are the ideal solution to manufacture pipes with a range from 5 to 2600 mm. They are employed for the extrusion of many materials and for different applications: PE 63, PE 80, PE 100 smooth water & Gas pipes, Irrigation, telecommunication, PE or PP Corrugated non-pressure sewage and cable protection, reinforced pipes or steel-coated and plastic pipes.

Forty years of experience makes of the Tecnomatic’s tanks a reliable tool for an accurate and quality production. Built out of stainless steel, with one or two vacuum chambers, can be customized to meet the customer’s specification. Skill and knowledge for sleeves design solutions ensures round pipes with excellent surface and lower overweight.

Vacuum tanks become an even more important component in the pipe extrusion process, and they represent a decisive variable for the efficiency of a production cycle, which is always more driven by quality and production speed. Designed to calibrate and to cool pipes up to diameter 2600 mm, the tanks are offered in different lengths, with one or two chambers or in custom fit solutions.

Calibrating plastic pipe has always been a challenge, and even more at today’s extrusion rate. Only a precise designing of the sleeves can optimize the production and to avoid sticking and therefore the tendency for chatter. Tecnomatic offers high quality calibration tools, with a special integrated ring system, to provide a water lubricating film in order to ensure round pipes with excellent surface. The sleeves.
