The existing ‘land-locked’ kitchen was opened up to the back yard and a new family room.

The existing bathroom was expanded to include a new skylit shower.

A new master bedroom suite includes a writing studio overlooking the bedroom below.

The rooms are designed to take advantage of the spectacular city views from the lot.

Bedroom includes a custom headboard and cabinetry designed for the space.

A new master bedroom suite was created in the existing 2nd floor. The bedroom ‘borrows’ light through a translucent wall from the windows in the bathroom.

The bathroom features custom stainless steel sink, medicine cabinet, sliding door and towel warmer.
