This one I found least helpful and I had to translate it to read It was delivered in Japanese.This email was the most helpful although the Microsoft member did get my name wrong.I am happy with most of my responses but valve had some very inspiring words.I sent a few other emails to companys such as radical, Namcobandai & infinity ward but didnt get a response.
