In addition to this on behalf of CARE-India I assisted the Deptt of W&CD, Govt of Odisha:-To design, outlay, write and edit the quarterly Shakti Samachar, the Newsletter on Women Empowerment, published by the Department of Women and Child Development, Govt. of Orissa. - Prepared the FIRST ANNUAL REPORT of NRHM, Orissa (2007-08) independently as a health sector consultant.

- Assisted the Orissa NRHM PIP team in the Maternal Health component 2008 & 2009. - Gave final touch to PIP, NRHM, Orissa 2009-10. - Documented success stories and best practices of intervention in various HEALTH PROGRAMMES programmes
