2. The financial results of the Company have been prepared in accordance with India Accounting Standards · (Ind-AS) notified under the Companies (Indian Accounting standards) Rules, 2015 as amended by the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) (Amendment) Rules, 2016.

3. Under the provisions of Ind -AS 108,- the Company now operates in a single segment­"Income from rendering services by providing space for film shooting, TV serials and advertisements", therefore, separate segment disclosures have not been given.

4. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and were thereafter approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings held on November 09, 2018.
