Group JuggleINSTRUCTIONS:Everyone will group

themselves into 3 groups of 10

Form a circle with your group

Pass the ball around once clockwise and when you receive the ball, say your name aloud

Once you learn everyone's name, begin to say their name before you pass to them.

The point is to learn everyone’s name

Building TrustBuilding trust is a

very important factor in the workplace.

Without trust your team will not succeed

You have to work hard to gain the trust of your employees

Step 1: Establish and Maintain Integrity

This is the foundation, keep your promises, tell the truth and stay true to your words.

In order to establish this, you must be honest with employees from the beginning

To maintain this, you must always be truthful

Step 2: Communicate Vision and ValuesBy communicating

companies vision and values, allows employees to learn about the company

Provides a way for employees to see through the company, and see the organizations vision and their values.

Do this by, keeping the mission statement visible to all, reinforce the vision frequently

Step 3: Consider All Employees as Equal Partners

Don’t undermine your employees, they are more crucial to the company than you think

Do not talk down Motivate employeesGive them harder

tasks, let them know you believe they can do them

Step 4: Focus on Shared GoalsRather than setting

personal goals, set shared goals

Doing this will enforce working as a team, and building trust within the team

When a team really works together, the team will trust one another
