In our teamwear we provide both a men and women’s line. It is for both clothing lines perfectly possible to obtain a personalized and uniform design. To achieve an optimum performance, we always persue a perfect and ergonomic fit. Compared to the mens shorts and tights, the women’s shorts and tights are slightly shorter and foreseen of a ladies pad, adjusted to the anatomics of the female body.

In onze teamwear voorzien wij zowel een heren- als een dameslijn. Het is perfect mogelijk om beide kledinglijnen in een gepersonaliseerd en uniform design te verkrijgen. Om optimale prestaties te kunnen leveren, wordt er steeds een perfecte fit en ergonomie nagestreefd.In vergelijking met de heren zijn de damesbroeken iets korter en wordt er een dameszeemvel voorzien, naar anatomie van het vrouwelijk lichaam.

PaDsgeen vocht vasthoudt, maar het vocht verplaatst naar buiten waar het snel kan verdampen. Onder de bovenste lagen is een opvullaag. Deze zeer geventileerde vulstof is teruggebracht tot een unieke kleinere vorm die de renner beschermt en ondersteunt op cruciale punten tegen het zadel. De vorm van deze onderste laag is ontworpen naar de anatomie van de renner en beschermt waar het meest nodig is. Een prostaat-reliëf uitgesneden in het midden en de onafhankelijke gel panelen bieden maximaal comfort aan een lichaam in beweging. De lange afstand zeem is elastisch en voldoet aan alle bewegingen op de fiets,om daarna terug te keren naar zijn oorspronkelijke vorm na het sporten. De geavanceerde technologie en aandacht voor detail maken de lange afstand zeem de ideale zeem voor veeleisende atleten, die steeds een maximale kwaliteit eisen.

La peau Longue Distance (LD peau) est la nouvelle peau la plus innovante dans la collection Vermarc. Elle a spécifiquement été étudiée pour notre cuissard haut de gamme Vermarc. La couche supérieure est constituée d’un nylon microfibre qui contient de l’Aloe Vera. La peau long distance est la première et la seule peau sur le marché qui se sert des propriétés de l’Aloe Vera. L’Aloe Vera est incorporé dans la matière de manière permanente pendant le processus de production, de manière que les bénéfices ne soient pas éliminés avec les lavages ou qu’ils ne s’évanouissent avec le temps. L’Aloe Vera rafraîchit, elle protège et elle donne un soulagement à la peau pendant que le cycliste est en selle et c’est un défenseur naturel contre les bactéries. En dessous de cette couche supérieure, il y en a une importante couche de mousse à texture gaufrée. Cette texture favorise l’évaporation de l’humidité. La peau ne garde pas l’humidité, mais l’humidité est évacuée vers l’extérieur ou elle s’évapore rapidement. Un trou au centre en correspondance de la zone périnéale et des panneaux en gel offrent un confort maximal. La peau Longue Distance est élastique, elle s’adapte à tous les mouvements sur le vélo. Après l’exercice la peau revient à sa forme originale. La technologie avancée et l’attention aux détails font de la peau Longue Distance le supplément idéal pour des athlètes exigeants, recherchant une qualité maximale.

ELITEThe ELITE pad is the most advanced in the line. The central part of the insert incorporates a special foam gel to enhance protection and absorb as much as possible the road vibrations that can be transferred through the saddle. Every component has been carefully chosen in order to

LD/ LD WOMEN The Long distance shammy (LD pad) is the new and the most advanced product in the Vermarc collection. It has been specifically designed for Vermarc’s top-of-the-line bibs and shorts. The outermost layer of the LD pad utilizes a special Nylon microfiber that incorporates Aloe Vera. The LD pad is the first and only pad on the market today that takes advantage of Aloe Vera. The Aloe Vera component is not a treatment, but is permanently incorporated into the material during the manufacturing process, so that the benefits will not wash out or fade over time. The integrated Aloe Vera cools, protects and even heals the skin while the rider is in the saddle. In addition, Aloe Vera is a natural defence against bacteria. Below this outermost layer is a thick expanded memory foam with a waffled texture. The divots create the texture aid in ventilation and perspiration management so that the pad does not retain moisture, but moves it to the outside where it can evaporate rapidly. Underneath the upper layers is a section of padding. This highly ventilated padding is cut to a unique smaller shape that protects and supports the rider at crucial contact points against the saddle. The shape of this bottom most layer is designed to comfortably contour to the rider’s anatomy and provide protection where needed most. A prostate relief cut-out in the center and independent glute panels allow maximum comfort and movement with the body in motion. The Long distance insert is elastic – stretching and conforming to all movements on the bike, then returning to its original shape after exercise. The advanced technology and attention to detail make the Long distance the ideal pad for demanding athletes who always require maximum quality.

3D / PRISM LADY / KIDSThe 3D-OF insert is a lightweight one-piece insert without seams. Its polyester micro-fiber cover material is bonded to a layer of padding through the OmniForm high frequency process. The new process eliminates hard edges and stiff areas caused by heat in standard molding processes. The thickness of the various parts of the shammy has been carefully studied to conform perfectly to the male anatomy. Like all OmniForm inserts, the 3D-OF receives an

antibacterial treatment that inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria. The Prism-OF insert is specially designed for women. The padding is strategically placed throughout the insert to maximize comfort and conforms to the female anatomy. The KID shammy is the first and only pad on the market today that takes advantage of Aloe Vera.

Tissu très léger et avec une grande élasticité avec des petites perforations en forme de zigzag dans la surface. Le maillot aura une perméabilité à l’air encore plus grande et sèchera encore plus rapide. Ce tissu est utilisé dans le maillot à cause de sa grande élasticité (22% d’élastane) et sa fonction de couverture. On peut imprimer sur le tissu en gardant les couleurs optimales.

PR-CARBONThis is a 96% polyester fabric with a percentage of carbon fibers in its composition. Carbon shields the body from absorbing static energy and UV-rays. The structure of this fabric with small holes accelerate evaporation of moisture keeping the skin dry and cool. It is antibacterial and inhibits the development of odor-causing bacteria. All of these properties combined in PR-carbon to delay the onset of fatigue and so promote the feeling of wellbeing.

Stof die bestaat uit 96% polyester en bevat ook carbonvezels. Carbon beschermt het lichaam tegen statische elektriciteit en UV-stralen. De carbonvezels (kleine perforaties) versnellen de afvoer van het zweet en houden de huid droog en koel. De stof is antibacterieel en gaat de ontwikkeling van onaangename geuren

Carbon wordt gebruikt ter bevordering van het aangename gevoel en beschermt tegen statische elektriciteit en is antibacterieel. Bovendien helpt carbon bij een goede bloedcirculatie en voorkomt snelle vermoeidheid in de spieren.

Bonded three layer fabric with internal windproof membrane. Internal pile is textured with small squares and protects the skin with its soft and warm surface. The outside layer is compact and helps to block air to make the whole bonded fabric more efficient. Internal membrane works to protect the body of the rider from wind and light rain but allows the body to breathe dissipating sweat and keeping the right body temperature regulation.

TH-CARBONBonded three layer fabric with internal windproof membrane used in the winter tights. Internal layer is a smooth pile and protects the legs with its soft and warm surface. The outside layer is compact and helps to block the air but remains stretch to permit body movements while riding. Internal membrane works to protect the body of the rider from wind and light rain but allows the skin to breathe dissipating sweat.

Samengestelde drie lagige stof met een geïntegreerd winddicht membraan dat in de winterpanty’s wordt gebruikt. Binnenste laag is een gewatteerde stof die zorgt voor zachtheid maar vooral voor warmte. De buitenste laag is compact en houdt de wind tegen maar zorgt nog steeds voor voldoende bewegingsruimte. Het geïntegreerde mebraan beschermt de renner tegen wind en lichte regen, maar is voldoende ademend zodat het zweet nog steeds voldoende snel wordt afgevoerd.

It is a light and stretch fabric with a soft velvety touch that moulds the body and ensures optimal freedom of movement. It allows sweat to evaporate quickly, has a high degree of breathability and quick-drying as an optimal resistance to the UV-rays. Moreover it is certificated as Lycra Sport, guaranteeing excellent sports performance. The presence of black lycra ensures greater colour intensitivity even after numerous washes.
