General objective of TACSO project is to strengthen overall capacities and accountability of the Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) within the IPA beneficiaries and to guarantee the quality of services of CSOs and a sustainable role of the CSOs in the democratic process.

• In July 2010, Kosovo hosted the plenary SAPD meeting and TACSO facilitated the first SAPD civil society dialogue meeting, which was co-chaired by the European Economic and Social Committee.

• Conclusion: to continue this process and also conduct sectorial and more focused consultations with civil society in the areas that are subject of the progress report.
