There are 3 options to view conditions:

#3 activate condition within the view of PI_EKET_OTD - On-Time Delivery Report by choosing Display Conditions:

right click in query on condition and Activate Condition

#2 or switchbetween existing pre-saved views

in BEx open menu

and choose from available views
