    COURSE TITLE : TECHNOLOGY-BASED COOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT

    COURSE DESCRIPTION :

    This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, behavior and motivations in

    TECHNOLOGY-BASED COOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT (NTR) in accordance with industry

    standards. It covers the core competencies required to finish the program at a level that

    qualifies the graduates to perform the duties, functions, and tasks of the cooperative industry.

    The competencies are designed in such a way that the trainees will graduate equipped with

    knowledge, skills, and attitude to handle their own businesses in a cooperative mindset or workas leaders of any cooperative undertaking.

    LO5. PERFORM A CLOSING OUT OF THE PROJECT

    ASSESSMENT CRITERIA:

    1. Honest feedback from the customers, sponsors, team members, and stakeholders about

    the deliverables and project processes are presented.

    2. Final status report is prepared, completed and presented.

    3. Each team members and the rest of the stakeholders are involved in the evaluation of

    the project.4. The project leader has discussed the recommendations with the sponsors before issuing

    the close-out report.
