AT&T INC. Anaheim, CA 2006 – 2016Senior Specialist, Equipment Design Engineer – AT&T TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS Project Manager for installation of Telecom H/W in the largest Mobility (Santa Ana) Regional Data Center in the US. Managed as many as 17 Wireline central offices at a time multitasking as many as 35 jobs concurrently. Responsible for all phases of the installation cycle: engineering, design, cost estimate, date management, hardware
procurement, vendor contracts, price negotiations, site survey, infrastructure analysis, installation supervision, quality control database inventory builds, vendor SLA adherence, test & acceptance, job closing and final budget re-conciliations.
Proven ability to prioritize in a fast paced/high pressure environment, quickly resolve problems and remove obstacles that jeopardize critical project milestones.
Trusted with company vehicle privileges without moving violation or accident the entire 18 year career with the company. Expert problem solver with talent to identify breakdowns in system/procedural/technical areas by employing root cause
analysis, logic, experience, teamwork, observation, intuition, tenacity and common sense. Successfully managed multimillion dollar annual capital budgets for past 6 years. In 2014, I managed $25m worth of team’s
