WORK-LIFE BALANCE
Work-life balance oznacza równowagę między pracąa życiem prywatnym.
Nie sprawdzaj swojej poczty (check your email) i wyłącz telefon (turn your phone off).
Nobody is going to solveany problems for us and that is why we shouldstop looking outside. It’sup to us personally to takecontrol and responsibilityfor the type of lives thatwe want to lead.
The first step in solving anyproblem is acknowledging the reality of the situation we are in. We need to be realistic. We can’tdo it all in one day. But with somepatience, if we make gooddecisions and follow them, we willsee and feel some fundamentalchange in the quality of our lives.
Being more balanceddoesn’t mean dramaticupheaval in our lives. With the smallest investmentin the right places, we canradically transform the quality of our relationshipsand the quality of ourlives.
