LE1 Recruitment Sourcing Strategy and Post Programme Placement Strategy

Recruitment strategy refers to a detailed description of how learners will be recruited. It is important to note that the selected FET colleges must be involved in ALL aspects of recruitment and learner selection.


In conjunction with the BANKSETA develop a recruitment strategy.

TR1 Learner Registration

This refers to the registration process required by the training provider if applicable. Accommodation of the needs of learners with disabilities may include but are not limited to material, delivery methods, assessment and learner support.

The programme requires a standardised curriculum at either level 3 or 4 leading to a recognised qualification in either banking or Microfinance.


Propose a curriculum to the BANKSETA for either a level 3 or level 4 learnership which can be implemented in the broader Banking or Microfinance sector. The learnership must lead to a recognised qualification.

Customise / design the material for the Learnership and provide BANKSETA with:
