Located just outside San Franciscos downtown, this Bay area suburb is the home to a rich community of commuters and their families. With an annual median household income almost thrice the national average, it is the tenth-richest community in the US. Like most of the rich cities in the country, a large proportion of the households (71.6%) includes a married couple.
