Tired of Mechanical Aeration?
• The wear and tear on trailers, trucks, and staff?
• Machine break downs & costly repairs?
• Flagging sprinkler heads & replacing broken ones?
• Aerating & still having compacted yards?
• Putting in time & money into it but not
getting much back?
We Have The Solution…
SoilTech Liquid Aeration
• Apply SoilTech like any other liquid application
• Add SoilTech in with your normal tank mix
• Easier on employees and customer’s properties
• Lawns are greener, thicker, and drainage problems
are minimized.
• Saves you money and increases your profit margins
What is SoilTech?• It’s an environmentally-friendly liquid product which is simply mixed with
water and applied to the soil
• A polymer mixture that opens up pathways in the soil and agglomerates
(clumps) soil particles together
• Due to its weight and also water, SoilTech moves deep into the soil creating
these clumps along the way
• SoilTech will NOT harm vegetation, soil bacteria or organisms, and will NOT
burn turf, even in hot drought conditions
What Does SoilTech Do?
• Reduces compacted soil, especially tough clay soils
• Improves the penetration of water and nutrients
• Allows the soil to retain more water, especially during hot summer months
• Allows roots to grow deeper, making for a healthier, greener lawn
Compacted soils are a lot
like a jar of sugar, small
particle size makes small
pore spaces between
them. Little pores mean
bad porosity.
Good soils are a lot like a jar
of marbles, large particle size
makes large pore spaces
between them. Big pores
mean bad porosity.
What SoilTech does is it takes
the smaller particles in
compacted soils and clumps
them together, making larger
particles. That is all SoilTech
does, but increasing the
porosity leads to a large
amount of benefits.
Why Is It Better Than
Mechanical Aeration?• Cheaper, less hassle, more production, bigger bottom-line
• As shown in the jar example, SoilTech changes the soil porosity and pulling
plugs don’t
• Mechanical aeration pokes holes in only 3-5% of the yard, but SoilTech will
cover 100%
• At best mechanical aeration give temporary relief, SoilTech fully corrects
compacted soil
How SoilTech is Applied
• SoilTech needs to be applied just once a year, but if compaction is sever,
one addition application might be needed
• SoilTech can be applied at anytime during the year, but the most optimal is
either spring or fall
• Application and mix rate are: 3oz of SoilTech with 1 gallon of water per
1,000ft² -- amount of water can vary from .75-3 gallons
• SoilTech can be mixed with virtually any fertilizer or herbicide, but always
do a jar test to be sure
