Tent Packages Available – New this year, two tent packages are available to help take the guesswork out of your hospitality order. These packages are designed for small to medium sized teams looking to provide a meeting place with partial seating and table top space.

A limited area in Grant Park is available for companies to host their team members. Please note space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is due within 15 days of placing your order. Following are some important details for the 2015 program:
Preferred Catering List - To enhance the hospitality program the event has a Preferred Catering List. Only the caterers on the list attached will have access to Grant Park on event night. Companies can choose to self-cater, provided items are dropped off at street level prior to street closure and carried to their designated tent.
No On-Site Grilling - In coordination with the Chicago Park District there will be no on-site grilling at the event.
No Vendor Deliveries – Only vendors with pre-approved Grant Park access, including those on the Preferred Catering list, will be allowed access onto Grant Park grounds.
Battery Operated Lighting – Companies are encouraged to utilize battery operated lighting or lanterns for better visibility and safety during the evening hours.
Tent Enhancements – Any enhancement to the company tent, including decorations or upgrades that require generated power, must be pre-approved. Contact Lakeshore Athletic Services at [email protected] or 847-673-4100.
