Full Service Catering Menu

Thank you for your interest in Great Parks Catering, Great Parks of Hamilton County’s own catering services since 1985. We understand that planning and hosting an event can be time-consuming and stressful. Our catering experts can help guide you through the process and eliminate the worry. Our menu is freshly prepared at our banquet center and our team of trained experienced sta� is equipped to make your event successful and memorable. Our representatives will be happy to work with you to customize any of our menu selections to fit your individual needs.

Whether it is a business meeting, seminar, golf outing, holiday party, wedding reception, bar/bat mitzvahs or reunion, The Mill Race Banquet Center at Winton Woods is the perfect place. There is no room fee for events up to four hours. Use of Great Parks Catering and a minimum purchase of $800 is required.

Terms and Conditions

Guarantee: To ensure time for ordering and preparation a minimum guest count, or guarantee, along with confirmation of event details is due ten business days prior to the event, at which time catering charges with applicable sales tax will be due. Payment may be made with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Catering Deposit:A $400 deposit is required when reserving The Mill Race Banquet Center for events. All deposits are credited toward catering purchases for your event at which time catering charges with applicable sales tax will be due.

Gratuities:Great Parks Catering is operated by Great Parks of Hamilton County. We cannot and do not charge gratuities. Many private catering companies will add up to 20% to your bill for gratuities. Be sure take this extra charge into account when comparing prices and packages.

Cancellation:Cancellation notice must be made in writing. Written notice received more than 180 days prior to the event date: 100% refund of deposit minus $25 cancellation fee. Written notice received less than 180 days prior to the event date; refunds are issued only when the date cancelled is reserved by another paid party minus $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the event will not receive a refund of the deposit or catering fees.

Ohio State Law prohibits guests from bringing alcohol on-site, including onto the golf course.

All selections include mixed green salad, dinner rolls with butter and two accompaniment choices. Unlimited beverages served for up to three and a half hours, include soft drinks, iced tea and co�ee. A minimum of 30 guests required for dinner bu�et.
