Terms and Conditions of BoC Pay Merchant Offers:

PARKnSHOP Promotion

1. The Promotion is valid from 1 January to 28 February 2021 (both dates inclusive

and based on the transaction date) (“Promotion Period”).

2. The Promotion applies to QR Code payments made with the BoC Pay mobile app.

The customer must successfully bind the BoC Pay mobile app with a BOC Dual

Currency Credit Card bearing the logo issued in Hong Kong and/or Smart Account

and/or Payment Account (“BoC Pay”).

3. The Promotion is applicable to PARKnSHOP, FUSION, TASTE, INTERNATIONAL,

food le parc, GOURMET, GREAT FOOD HALL, SU-PA-DE-PA (only applicable to

supermarket section), EXPRESS and PARKnSHOP Frozen Food Store (collectively

known as the “Merchants”) outlets in Hong Kong.

4. A customer who settles payment with BoC Pay at the Merchants can enjoy the

following offers (the “Offers”):

(i) Offer 1: Every Friday to Sunday during the Promotion Period, the customer

can receive a HK$50 PARKnSHOP Supermarket eVoucher upon any

eligible single net spending (“Eligible Spending 1”) of HK$500 or above

(“Offer 1”).

(ii) Offer 2: Every Monday to Thursday during the Promotion Period, the

customer can receive a HK$20 PARKnSHOP Supermarket eVoucher

upon any eligible single net spending (“Eligible Spending 2”) of HK$200

or above (“Offer 2”).

5. Eligible Spending 1 and Eligible Spending 2 refer to the final amount payable after

deducting the value of any discounts and/or cash/gift vouchers (including eVouchers)

used when making a retail purchase in Hong Kong Dollars.

6. The Offers are applicable to any single net transaction on a single sales slip; split

sales transactions are not eligible for the Promotion. The Promotion is not applicable

to the purchase of gift coupons, stage 1 infant milk formula, tobacco, Chinese new

year cake coupon, phone cards/prepaid phone cards/gift cards, food coupons,

PARKnSHOP Food Cards, consignment counter transactions, bill payments,

Octopus/Alipay value-added services or payment settlements, redemption

promotions and e-stamp redemptions, bulk/case purchases with single transaction

over HK$50,000 or 50 cases, plastic shopping bag charges, delivery service

charges, 3 Shop products & services, purchases at

PARKnSHOP.com/PARKnSHOP APP/‘Click & Collect’ services/

www.greatfoodhall.com/TasteToGo App, phone/fax orders and transactions made

via e-wallets (except BoC Pay).

7. Each customer (counted by the identification document number) can only enjoy

Offer 1 or Offer 2 once per day. Quotas apply and on a first-come-first-served basis

while stocks last.

8. PARKnSHOP Supermarket eVouchers (the “eVouchers”) will be delivered straight

to BoC Pay within 10 working days after the payments of Eligible Spending 1 or

Eligible Spending 2. The eVoucher can only be used for the next purchase. When

using the eVouchers for their next purchase, the customer must settle payment at

the Merchants’ outlets with BoC Pay. The eVoucher cannot be used in conjunction

with any other eVouchers/coupons/offers/discounts. Use of the eVouchers is subject

to the terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchants. Please refer to BoC Pay

for details.

9. The eVoucher cannot be cancelled or transferred or exchanged for cash, other

PARKnSHOP vouchers in other denominations (including physical vouchers and

eVouchers), or other products or services and are not transferable.

10. Any cancelled/refunded/falsified/unposted transactions are not counted as eligible

transactions. In the event of cancellation of the transactions that are used for the

Offers’ eligibility, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (the “BOCHK”) and/or BOC

Credit Card (International) Ltd (the “Company”) reserve the right to debit the relevant

Credit Card/Smart Account/Payment account with the amount equivalent to the

value of the eVoucher(s) without prior notice. For issuance of eVoucher, please

contact the BOC Credit Card 24-hour Customer Services Hotline at (852) 2853 8828

or the Personal Customer Service Hotline at (852) 3988 2388.

11. Free delivery service is only applicable to final payment of net amount of HK$600 or

above after deducting the Offers or other discounts.

12. No person other than the customer and BOCHK and/or the Company will have any

rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy

the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

13. Customers are responsible for the data charges of downloading and using the

BOCHK Mobile Application imposed by their service providers.

14. The BOCHK Mobile Application is available to download from official application

stores or the BOCHK website. Customers should ensure that the search wording is

correct.

15. By using the BOCHK Mobile Application, the customer agrees to be bound by the

content of the disclaimer posted on the BOCHK Mobile Application.

16. BOCHK and/or the Company accept no liability for the quality of or any other matters

relating to the goods, products and services provided by the Merchants. The

Merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the

goods, products and services.

17. BOCHK and/or the Company and the Merchants reserve the right to change,

suspend or terminate the Offers or its terms and conditions at their sole discretion.

18. BOCHK and/or the Company and the Merchants reserve the right of final decision

on all matters and disputes.

19. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the

Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Marathon Sports, GigaSports & Catalog Shopping Privileges

1. Marathon Sports, GigaSports & Catalog Shopping Privileges (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 January to 28 February 2021 (both dates inclusive, based on the transaction dates) (the “Promotion Period”).

2. The Promotion is applicable to:

I. BOC Credit Cards issued in Hong Kong bearing the logo, but excluding BOC Credit Cards issued in the mainland and Macau, USD Credit Cards, BOC Purchasing Cards, Private Label Cards and Intown Cards, (the “Eligible Credit Card”).

II. QR Code payments made with the BoC Pay mobile app. The customer must successfully bind the BoC Pay mobile app with a BOC Dual Currency Credit

Card bearing the logo issued in Hong Kong and/or Smart Account and/or Payment Account (“BoC Pay”).

3. The Promotion is applicable to Marathon Sports, GigaSports or Catalog stores in Hong Kong (except online store, disposal venues, consignment items and consignment counters) (the “Participating Merchant”).

4. During the Promotion Period, a customer who purchases 2 items or more in a single net spending of HK$1,000 or more at Participating Merchants (the “Eligible Transaction”) can enjoy the following offers (the "Offers"). I. Offer 1: Customer can enjoy a HK$150 instant discount for Eligible

Transactions via BoC Pay (the” Offer 1”) II. Offer 2: Customer can enjoy a HK$100 instant discount for Eligible

Transactions via Eligible Credit Card (the” Offer 2”) 5. All Eligible Transactions made by a customer at the Participating Merchant during

the Promotion Period (1 January 2021 to 28 February 2021) are not counted as eligible transactions of the “Spend with BOC Visa Credit Card to earn up to HK$1,100 Cash Rebate” Promotion. 6. To enjoy the Offers, the customer must state the intention to use the Offers and present the Eligible Credit Card or BoC Pay payment screen to the cashier of the Participating Merchant before settling payment.

7. Each customer can only enjoy Offer 1 or Offer 2 once per day. 8. The Offers are subject to limited quotas and are available on a first-come-first-

served basis while quotas last. The total number of quotas for Offer 1 is 7,000 and for Offer 2 is 3,000; the total number of quotas is 10,000.

9. The Offers are based on single net spending and not eligible for any split transactions.

10. The Offers will be used immediately at the time of making the Eligible Transaction, and cannot be transferred, accumulated or saved for future use.

11. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, merchant/member benefits, coupons, discounts or gift certificates. The Offers carry no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts, and are non-transferable.

12. Any cancelled, refunded, falsified and unposted transactions are not counted as Eligible Transactions. In case of such transactions, the Offers will be cancelled or refunded together with those transactions. Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (“BOCHK”) and/or BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the “Company”) reserve the right to debit the relevant Credit Card/Smart Account/Payment account with the amount equivalent to the value of the Offers without prior notice to the customer.

13. BOCHK and/or the Company will determine the eligibility of each transaction by matching the customer’s transaction records held by BOCHK and/or the Company and the relevant data provided. If the information from the customer differs from those of BOCHK and/or the Company records, the latter shall be final and conclusive.

14. Customers are responsible for the data charges of using and/or downloading the BOCHK Mobile Application imposed by their service providers.

15. Please download the BOCHK Mobile Application from official application stores or BOCHK website, and ensure the search wording is correct.

16. By using the BOCHK Mobile Application, the customer agrees to be bound by the contents of the relevant disclaimer and privacy policy posted on the BOCHK Mobile Application and which may be updated by BOCHK from time to time.

17. Recommended Operating Systems for the BoC Pay app: iOS (11.0 or above) and Android (6.0 or above). iOS is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Android is a trademark of Google LLC.

18. No person other than the customer, the Participating Merchant, BOCHK and/or the Company will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

19. BOCHK and/or the Company are not the providers of the goods and the services of the Participating Merchant. Any enquiries or disputes relating to the goods or services should be directed to the Participating Merchant. BOCHK and/or the Company accept no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the goods, products and services provided by the Participating Merchant. The Participating Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the goods, products and service.

20. BOCHK and/or the Company and/or the Participating Merchant reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the Offers or their terms and conditions at their sole discretion.

21. The above products, services and Offers are subject to the respective terms and conditions. Please enquire with the Participating Merchant for details.

22. BOCHK and/or the Company and/or the Participating Merchant reserve the right of final decision on all matters and disputes.

23. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

SHKP Malls Offer:

1. The Promotion of SHKP Malls offer is valid from 1 December 2020 to 31 January

2021, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period"). Only applicable on Saturday

and Sunday during the Promotion Period at Sha Tin HomeSquare.

2. SHKP Malls Offer is applicable to BoC Pay, refers to QR Code payments made with

the BoC Pay mobile app. Customers must successfully bind the BoC Pay mobile

app with BOC Dual Currency Credit Card and/or Smart Account and/or Payment

Account, or successfully bind the eligible BOC Dual Currency Credit Card bearing

the logo issued in Hong Kong (the “Eligible Credit Card”) to UnionPay App (the

"UnionPay QR code").

3. The Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited (refers to “SHK Real”) Malls participating in the Promotion include Kwun Tong apm, Tuen Mun Chelsea Heights, Tseung Kwan O East Point City, North Point Harbour North, Sha Tin HomeSquare, Tuen Mun K-Point, Sheung Shui Landmark North (merchants from 2/F to 5/F), Kwai Fong Metroplaza, Sheung Shui Metropolis Plaza, San Po Kong Mikiki, Mongkok MOKO, Chai Wan New Jade Shopping Arcade (merchants on 1/F and 3/F), Sha Tin New Town Plaza, Tseung Kwan O Park Central, Tseung Kwan O PopWalk, Tai Po Mega Mall, Tsuen Wan Plaza, Tai Po Uptown Plaza, Tuen Mun V city, Nam Cheong V Walk, Yuen Long YOHO MALL and Yuen Long Plaza (refers to “Participating Malls”). Customers who successfully make a single net amount of HK$1,000 or above (2-4 accumulated on-day sales slips from different merchants in the same Participating Mall with no limit on transaction amount with the same BoC Pay) (“Eligible Spending”) at Participating Malls with BoC Pay during the Promotion Period , will have a HK$50 SHKP Mall / YATA Gift Certificate (the “Offer”).

4. Each card or account is eligible to enjoy the offer once per day (from 00:00am to 11:59:59pm on the same day).

5. Each qualified sales slip is eligible for redemption of one offer only and cannot be re-used in other promotions (except points registration of The Point by SHKP Integrated Loyalty Program and existing free parking privileges of participating malls). Sales slips and sales invoices used for redemption of other promotions

cannot be re-used to redeem the Offer and vice versa. 6. The Offer is based on net single spending and not eligible for any split transactions. 7. Total quota of HK$50 SHKP Mall / YATA Gift Certificate are 8,600 pieces, available

for redemption during the whole Promotion Period in all Participating Malls. Quota for each Participating Mall is limited on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts. Participating Malls reserve the right to replace HK$50 SHKP Mall / YATA Gift Certificate with equivalent value of gift certificate without prior notice.

8. SHKP Mall Gift Certificate are applicable at authorized merchants of 30 SHKP Malls. Please visit the official website of SHK Real for authorized merchants. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of SHKP Mall Gift Certificate must be settled by BoC Pay or UnionPay Credit and ATM Card (refers to “UnionPay Card”) with card number starting with 62.

9. Customers must present the original copies of valid machine-printed merchant sales invoices and the corresponding UnionPay Card sales slips, together with the UnionPay Card bearing the same card number in person at the designated redemption location in the Participating Malls on the transaction day within the designated redemption time. Redemption is valid after verification by mall staff. Mall staff reserves the right to ask for identity proof for verification purpose.

10. Transaction and redemption must be taken place in the same Participating Mall with the same UnionPay Card. For installment payment, the full amount listed on machine-printed merchant sales invoice will be eligible. If only deposit is paid in that transaction, the eligible amount is the paid deposit on the same day, instead of the total amount of the transaction. The remaining balance cannot be used to participate in any other promotional activities (except points registration of The Point by SHKP Integrated Loyalty Program). Remaining balance can be used to participate in the Promotion only if the deposit has not been used for participation in any promotional activities before (except points registration of The Point by SHKP Integrated Loyalty Program). Presentation of the original copies of machine-printed merchant sale invoice and sales slip of the deposit are required at redemption for verification.

11. Only original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips issued to Cardholders by merchants of Participating Malls within the opening hours are accepted. The original copy of machine-printed merchant sales invoice should state the merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and sales items clearly. The original copy of sales slip should indicate the UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and signature of Cardholders (if applicable) clearly. If Cardholders cannot present the valid original copies of sales invoices, sales slips and/or UnionPay Card with consistent information including UnionPay Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, etc., or the information provided by Cardholders is insufficient, Cardholders will not be able to redeem the Offer for whatever reason. Sales slips and sales invoices that are damaged, outdated and unable to show clearly the transaction dates, time, amounts, currencies or without showing any card numbers are not acceptable.

12. Merchant sales invoices of purchasing designated festive food coupons (only limited to mooncake (including ice cream mooncake), Chinese New Year pudding, rice dumpling and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers) will be accepted for the Promotion. Receipts for using these designated festive food coupons and sales invoices from the following merchants and transactions will not be accepted for the Promotion: Apple Store; travel agencies and cross-border buses; property agencies; fitness and beauty centers (except those beauty centers in PopWalk); elderly homes; medical and dental / clinic services; carwash, car care services, automotive products and related service or the purchase of parking cards; kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores; tenants in office buildings; hotels; banking services; insurance premiums; money exchange shops; tuition (except those tuition fees paid in PopWalk) / membership / any other monthly fees;

the purchase or topping-up of Octopus cards; value-added or payment services; mail, fax, email or phone orders; online shopping (except online purchase of movie tickets and SHKP Malls App food ordering); telecommunication fees or purchase of calling cards; purchase of tickets, such as mall events or concert tickets, admission tickets to Ma Wan Park Noah’s Ark or sky 100 Hong Kong Observation Deck; trade-in transactions or product redemptions; purchase and use of cash coupons, gift cards, gift certificates, SHKP Mall Gift Certificates; SHKP Mall e-Gift Certificates; gift cards; membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards, shoe coupons, soup coupons, drink coupons, food coupons, cake cards and wedding coupons (including but not limited to cake cards, Chinese bridal cake cards, wedding vouchers and wedding coupons); purchase of gold grains, bars or deposits for gold saving club, payments settled by cash or other trades decided by Participating Malls. Sales invoices, receipts or sales slips in copies, handwritten-styled or reprint and bank statement will not be accepted. Transactions do not include the cancelled, refunded, forged, unsettled transactions and any unauthorized transaction.

13. Mall staff has the right to make photocopies of the machine-printed merchant sales invoices and record the Cardholder's name, partial UnionPay Card card number (the first 6 and last 4 digits or the first 12/16 digits of UnionPay Card card number), information on machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips for internal record during redemption. The personal information collected will only be used for the Promotion and will be destroyed after the Promotion. Provision of the above information by the Cardholders represents that Cardholders agree to the collection and understand the purpose of collection.

14. All original copies of merchant sales invoices will be stamped by mall staff after verification. Cardholders cannot request refund from merchants with the sales invoices that have been stamped. The transaction amount that exceeds the minimum spending requirement cannot be used in other promotion.

20. Any cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unposted transactions are not counted as eligible
