It’s About Time. Time is by far the
most precious of commodities
which we are endowed with. How
we use it is up to us. We can al-
ways make more money; we can
always rebuild a structure. It is the
one thing the poorest man has in
common with the richest. Once we
spend it, it is gone forever. None
of us knows when ours will come
to an end, but it is also a relative
thing.
Ask any parent; the golden years of
our child’s youth flies by and be-
fore you know it they are borrow-
ing the car. Ask any Junior War-
den, and the time seems to go by at
a snail’s pace. Ask any Worshipful
Master and they will tell you it took
a long time getting there and before
you know it, it’s done. We are ap-
proaching the end of another presi-
dential term, so I urge you please
spend the time to get out and vote.
We are also approaching another
Lodge election as well, again
please join us and vote.
This year has seen it’s good and
bad. We hope to learn for the fu-
ture and try to leave each station in
a better way than how we found it.
We endeavor to renew our Craft
and our Lodge each year and I see a
bright future for Nitram as it has
grown in many ways this year.
Partially, in number, but more im-
portantly in quality. Quality en-
dures. Let us focus in the coming
year to improve our quality of
work, quality of life and quality of
the time we invest in one another.

Brothers,
Greetings! Your lodge had an in-
credible October. We started off
with the "Family Fall Fling". It was
a huge success. Many of the area
kids came to enjoy Nitram's hospi-
tality. Hot dogs, chips, sodas, cup-
cakes and a bounce house were all
on hand. It was a resounding suc-
cess. Credit truly goes to Bro.
Bench and his committee. They did
a wonderful job!
Preparations are currently under-
way for the Holiday Feast. Tickets
this year will be $15.00. Turkey
and all the trimmings will be on
hand. Please join us on December
15th. It will be a wonderful event.
Secondly, we will again sell holi-
day wreaths and garland. Before
purchasing them anywhere else,
support your lodge and buy them
from us. Pick up will be late No-
vember / early December. More
details on that later.
Finally, we initiated two new
Brothers this month. One of them
came directly from our St. Peters-
burg Chapter Order of DeMolay.
Bro. SW Pankonie was in the East
and did a wonderful job. Congratu-
lations to our new Brothers and all
who helped to make the degree a
success. DeMolay is truly the fu-
ture of our Fraternity. I am so
proud of them. St. Petersburg
Chapter is full of bright young men
that are ready for the world. If you

Brethren,
This month’s article is going to be short and to
the point. DUES, DUES, DUES.
I would like to thank many of our Brothers who
have already sent in their 2013 dues. It is great-
ly appreciated. We still have 11 Brothers who
have not paid their 2012 dues. I will be sending
out one more notice to those Brothers in the
near future. If you are one of 11 and are having
difficulties, please let us know. Your lodge will
work with you. Also, your Lodge has a Brother
to Brother program. If you would like to help
with this program, please get with me and I will
explain it to you further. All contributions to
this program are strictly confidential.

Secretary’s Scribe

Brothers,
First off, I want to thank all of
the Brothers who helped out
with our Breakfast this month,
and especially those who made
the Family Fall Fling a success.
We served up about 50 hot
dogs, and had lots of kids run-
ning around between the
bounce house and the other
games.
November will be busy again.
The Monthly Breakfast will be
on Saturday, November 3 from
9 to 11 AM. We will be having
French toast this month in addi-
tion to the usual full menu.
Come on out and enjoy a great
breakfast and even better fel-
lowship!
We have a Fellow Craft degree
scheduled for November 15.
Dinner will be served at 6:15
PM.
The flier and tickets are ready
for our 3rd Annual Holiday Din-
ner. This year’s event will be
held on Saturday, December 15
from 6 to 9 PM, with a social
hour from 6 to 7 PM with cider
and hors d’oeuvres, and dinner
served at 7. Once again, we will
be having roast turkey, baked
ham and all the usual holiday
fixings. We will be honoring
our Widows as well. The sug-
gested donation will be $15.
Please RSVP to me at junior-
[email protected] or 727-
542-3805, or see any of the
Lodge Officers for tickets. You
won’t want to miss it!
