Digital Object Identifier (DOI) หรอ DOI name เปนมาตรฐานใหมของ ISO 263242012 ในการระบชอไฟลดจทล(digital object)เปนขอมลการจดเกบและการอางถงในลกษณะคลายๆการก าหนดเลขประจ าหนงสอ(ISBN)และเลขประจ าวารสาร(ISSN)

ระบบDOI จงเปนกรอบทระบสอดจทลทบนทกเนอหา(objects of content) ทชวยใหรวาสอดจทลนนจดเกบไวทใดและจะเขาถงไดอยางไร
