Bo co th vic ny c hon thnh sau thi gian th vic ti t Ti u, phng K Thut Khai Thc, Trung tm Thng Tin Di ng Khu vc 2, Cng ty Thng Tin Di ng (VMS). Trong thi gian th vic, ti c c hi hc hi v tm hiu v cc tham s v tuyn 3G trn h thng 3G ca Trung tm. Vi bo co ny, ti mong mun th hin c mt phn kin thc m ti tip thu c trong qu trnh th vic. Ni dung chnh ca bo co th vic ny gm 2 phn: Tm hiu cc tham s cell reselection 3G. Tm hiu cc tham s handover gia 3G 3G. Do thi gian tm hiu cn hn ch nn kh c th trnh khi nhng sai st khi tip cn v trnh by. Cc tham s Cell Reselection c cu trc vo cc nhm: Intra-frequency, Interfrequency, Inter-RAT v cu trc cell phn cp (HCS). Hai b tham s SIBs (System Information Blocks) iu khin qu trnh Reselection. SIB3 v SIB4 cha cc tham s c yu cu tnh ton tin hnh qu trnh Reselection. SIB3 bao gm cc tham s Cell Reselection trong ch ri- Idle Mode v ch kt ni (khi SIB4 khng phi l broadcast).
