If you are installing your new compression spring braking system at the same time as installing a ZLX, ZL90 or ZL70, the installation of the braking system will be directly after threading the trolley on the cable in step 6 and for ZL35 it is step 4. If your ZLX, ZL90, ZL70 or ZL35 is already installed, then disassemble your zip line at the low end or stopping end of your zip line, install your compression spring braking system, then reinstall your cable. Zip Line Fun installation manuals can be found online at http://www.ziplinefun.com/installation-manuals/ INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Step 1: Step 2: Step 3: Continue your zip line installation per the installation manual. Insert the cable through the brake stop that is inserted on the spring and feed all the through until the cable is sticking out of the other end of the spring. PARTS LIST: 1. 4.5 foot compression spring 2. Two brake stops Thread the cable through the second brake stop and then push the brake stop onto the spring until it is on completely.
