Posters View these online.

Draw attention to your GRAVITY Program inside your club and at local businesses. Two poster orientations (horizontal and vertical) have been created in US and metric sizes. Posters can be taken to your local quick-print shop, or depending on the size you choose, printed on your office printer.

Promote GRAVITY sessions or events by selecting the poster that best fits your need. For example, if you are launching your GRAVITY program, use the COMING SOON posters. Or, if you want to generate buzz by hosting a free Total Gym equipment demonstration, use the FREE DEMO posters.

Posters are downloadable in PDF format in 4 sizes:

• 11” x 17” (US size). Print on your office printer. If 11” x 17” paper is unavailable, you may select the “Print to Printable Area” from the PDF and print to a different size paper. You may have additional white space due to sizing - either trim off, or use as is.

• 24” x 36” (US size). Take this large poster size to your local quick print shop. Let your printer know the PDF is provided with bleeds. The term bleed is the area of artwork that is extended beyond the actual dimensions of the document. Bleed is used to avoid strips of white paper showing on the edges of your poster when cut to size.

• A1 (metric size: 841 x 594 mm). Take this large poster size to your local quick print shop. Let your printer know the PDF is provided with bleeds. In-Club Promos View these online.

Our In-Club Promotional Materials provide opportunities for optimum recognition of your GRAVITY program inside your facility. Materials have been created in US and metric sizes. Promotional items may be customized with your specific information, and allow for a variety of messages unique to your club and programs.

Fliers View these online.

Fliers are designed to be used in your facility to announce GRAVITY related events, such as new classes or equipment demonstrations. Fliers are provided as Microsoft Word documents featuring six different images, in letter (8.5” x 11”) and A4 (297 x 210 mm) sizes. The documents contain editable text boxes for customization.

We recommend using Arial or Helvetica type at 12-point size for your body text. In order to keep text from getting too close to the Total Gym logo, please keep your text within the provided text boxes. If you do change the size of the text boxes or add additional text boxes, please maintain a minimum of 0.25” (6 mm) of white space around Total Gym logo.

Leaflet View these online.

The leaflet is provided in PDF format in letter (11” x 8.5”) and A4 (210 x 297 mm) sizes. Print out the leaflet on your printer back-to-back (double-sided), fold in half and use to educate members about your GRAVITY program.

You could place a stack of leaflets at the reception desk, or creatively place around your facility where members are sure to notice and pick-up. Space is available on the back (above the Total Gym logo) to attach a business card or stamp your address to add your presence on the leaflet. Passes View these online.

Encourage your members to try out your GRAVITY sessions by handing out free passes.

Passes are provided in PDF format, in letter (8.5” x 11”) and A4 (297 x 210 mm) sizes. Two designs are available. Both designs feature spaces for Guest Name, Phone and Email (valuable marketing information) and an Expiration Date to create urgency. If you have an address stamp, add your stamp to the back of the passes.

NOTE: If you want to conserve ink or do not have a color printer, we recommending printing the “paint” pass version in black/white or grayscale.

Scheduling Calendar View these online.

Use this customizable Microsoft Excel document to set up your GRAVITY schedule in a monthly calendar format. The calendar features spaces for your logo and contact information, and is set up in letter (11” x 8.5”) and A4 (210 x 297 mm) sizes.

The informational text below is included in the Excel document to help guide you in formatting the calendar, which allows changing dates/years with a pre-programmed drop-down box:

Adjust the year and corresponding dates throughout all month worksheets by using the drop down above. Note: all twelve months appear separately on worksheet tabs.

Right-click the “YOUR LOGO HERE” image and then click “Change Picture” to swap it with your own logo. Of, if you don’t have a logo graphic available, you may delete “YOUR LOGO HERE” entirely.

And...don’t forget to customize your contact information underneath the GRAVITY image, as well as add calendar items. When using GRAVITY in text, please be sure to use ALL CAPS to follow style guidelines.

Shelf Talker View these online.

The shelf talker provides a creative, 3D way to promote GRAVITY around your facility.

The shelf talker is provided in PDF format in letter (8.5” x 11”) and A4 (297 x 210 mm) sizes. Informational text and visuals are included in the PDF document to assist in set-up. With a quick cut, fold and tape, you can creatively showcase GRAVITY in your facility.

Sign In Sheets View these online.

Fill your GRAVITY sessions using GRAVITY sign-up sheets. Sign-up sheets are provided in two sizes [letter (8.5” x 11”) and A4 (297 x 210 mm) sizes] in two formats, PDF and Microsoft Word.

The PDF sheets are set up to accommodate up to 8 stations (available Total Gym units) and a client wait list.

The Microsoft Word documents can be edited to reflect your specific equipment set-up. For example, if you have 9 stations, you could replace “Wait List” with “Station 9.”

A variety of advertising messages and ‘call to actions’ attract inquiries for your GRAVITY program. Materials have been created in US and metric sizes. Ads can be customized with your facility’s information.

Four full-page ads have been provided in PDF format in A4 (typical metric ad size of 297 X 210 mm with 3 mm bleed) size and US (typical US ad size of 8.125” X 10.875” with 0.125 bleed).

We recommend you utilize a graphic designer to incorporate your contact information into these print-ready advertisements. The designer would place the selected PDF into a layout program (such as InDesign or QuarkXPress) and incorporate your contact information on top of the placed PDF into spaces provided. An overview is provided below for each ad to help the designer quickly and easily incorporate your customized information.
