The Louisiana Sportsman Show and Festival continues to be the premier outdoor event on the Central Gulf Coast. The 2016 event drew over 27,500 attendees and over 300 exhibitors.

•LouisianaBoatShow: Occupying over 100,000 sq. ft., the Louisiana Boat Show brings together 18 local dealers and national manufacturers representing over 45 different boat lines.

•Fetch-N-Fish!: This giant mobile tank serves dual purposes: to show fishing techniques and to have fetching demonstra-tions with the amazing, high-flying labs. T Fetch-N-Fish! at-tracts both kids and the most die-hard fishermen interested in learning new techniques and seeing new lures in action.

•BigBuckContest: Deer hunters from all over Louisiana will bring their mounts to be scored and displayed. Win-ners receive custom Sportsman trophies, and all entrants are eligible to win a new ATV. Last year’s event in Gonzales drew over 100 entries.

•Sportsman’sDiscountZones: Handpicked vendors will offer the latest hunting and fishing gear at greatly reduced prices. Bowie Outfitters will again host an even bigger and better Discount Zone.

•SplashDogs: Dog lovers of all ages will thrill to see Tony Reed’s dogs show their aerial antics. Show-goers are also invited to bring their own dogs (any breed) and let them take a turn at jumping in the pool. This is one of the Show’s most popular events.

• Kid’sZone:Special kids’ fun areas will be located at both shows. Activities include rock wall climbing and bungee jumping.

• YamahaATVTestTrack: Show-goers looking to either buy a new ATV or just experience the thrill of riding one can take a spin on the Yamaha ATV Test Track. Yamaha ATV pro staff will be on hand to assist , answer questions and give ATV advice.

• FoodandCookingArea: A great variety of food will be available at the Show, and regional manufacturers will be on hand to demonstrate both their products and the latest techniques.

And, if that were not enough, there will be 100’s of exhibi-tors at each show with the latest in hunting and fishing products and guided trips to destinations all over the world.

** All space will be assigned according to the date received, longevity of exhibit activities at the show, practicality and advisability of space in relation to competitive lines. All space will be considered on the basis stated and assigned at the discretion of the Show Management. Show Management will not recognize any exhibits outside of the designated area of Lamar-Dixon Expo Center, and reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the exhibitor’s space contract at any time before or during the show for any violation of the exhibitor rules and regulations as set forth by the Louisiana Sportsman Show & Festival, or for any other violation of the Show policy as deemed sufficient by the Show Management. Absolutely no sub-leasing of any space whatsoever.
